FGS Conditioner is a mild concentrated cleaner that contains a measured amount of chemical densifier to aid in maintaining the attractive finish of your FGS PermaShine floor. In addition to economically cleaning your floor, regular use of FGS Concrete Conditioner will help to eliminate microscopic wear, called Micro-pitting that accompanies heavy floor usage.
L&M CHEMHARD (Internal & External Curing Aid)
CHEMHARD is an economical curing aid, sealer, hardener, and dust proofer that is applied after each concrete pour (preferably early the next morning).
CHEMHARD protects the concrete from after trades during the construction process and makes the final cleaning easier and less expensive in removing tyre marks etc.
CHEMHARD is designed for interior and exterior applications and will not yellow in the sunlight. CHEMHARD assists in adhesion for line marking paints, adhesives, toppings, and some epoxy coatings.

TRU Self Leveling Topping
Rapid Set TRU Self-Leveling is an advanced hydraulic cement based self leveling topping, re-surfacer, and underlayment that can be used both indoors and outdoors. It rapidly levels, and maintains workability for up to 30 minutes, and produces a smooth, strong surface with high bond strength. It can receive traffic in about 2 hours and coatings in 12 hours. TRU can be polished to a high sheen using ceramics or diamond impregnated polishing pads.
